Orison Charitable Trust was established in 2003 with the main aim of spreading the teachings of the Shia Ithna-Asheri faith to all corners of the world. Whilst this includes Tabligh in the form of teaching others about the religion, it also includes putting into practice the teachings of the Prophet and his family through poverty relief and economic upliftment, as well as medical aid.

Orison Charitable Trust operates in many areas across the world, including (but not limited to) Bangladesh, Philippines, Bosnia & Herzegovina, India, Italy, Nepal and Pakistan.
